[FR] Illustrateur, Aurélien Police travaille dans plusieurs domaines passant de la réalisation de pochettes de disque à la couverture de roman, illustration d'articles de presse ou de jeux de rôle. Son travail étant quasi exclusivement axé sur le numérique, il se sert de l'outil informatique comme d'un creuset pour y mêler toutes sortes de matières premières allant de la photographie aux scans de peintures, dessins...
Son univers proche du steampunk reflète ce mix de technique en abordant des thèmes où le mécanique rime avec l'organique au sein d'un univers résolument urbain.

[ENG] Illustrator, Aurélien Police, works in various fields, from the making off of disc jackets to books covers and illustrations of press articles or RPG. His work being almost entirely based on numeric creation, he uses computer technology as a melting pot to mix all sorts of raw materials from photography to scanning of paintings and drawings. His world, close to the SteamPunk style, reflects this mixing of techniques thus tackling themes in which mechanics rhymes with organic within an urban universe.
